TCP view is starting to become one of the tools that I am using more and more to help troubleshoot everyday problems. It is one of the many tools that is bundled in the systernals tool "package". This program allows you to easily see what ports are currently active on your system. TCP view not only will show you what ports are currently active but it will also show you the process name. Another nice feature of the program is that it will show newly connected ports in green and closing ports in red. This will help you quickly identify current changes.
